Overview of work experience

  • Expertise in seamless integration of several stakeholders both internal and external including vendors, healthcare regulators, and coordinates with relevant departments internally ensuring the corporate strategy and goals are met and implemented.
  • Expert advice and support to various departments including operations, medico-legal, clinical research, peer review, corporate advisory, corporate formulary, equipment/consumables board, budgeting, expansion, resource/service optimization, and innovation.
  • Led various quality initiatives – Accreditations (JCI, ISO, OHSMS, TASNEEF, JAWDA).
  • Medical advisor to the vice chairman/CEO/president/group medical director, responsible to coordinate and oversee operations of a chain of medical colleges, hospitals, and technical colleges, etc.
  • Responsible to outline strategies and implement processes for manufacturing, sales, marketing, and maintenance of medical equipment (Kody Medical Electronics, Kody Elcot, Kody Computers, Kody Clinical Laboratories).
