With over 20 years of professional experience in general adult psychiatry for assessing, diagnosing and treatment of all illnesses like depression, anxiety, Bipolar illness, schizophrenia etc, an impeccable knowledge of all treatment modalities including the latest international guidelines and protocols, I have the ability to arrive at diagnosis with unfailing accuracy.

Double Post graduation and work experience from UK has aided and in-depth knowledge of all other platforms available for treatment and various codes and regulations in treatment protocols and in the therapeutic communication with empathy and sympathy to patients and their family.

Having research and publications both in national and international papers ensure that I have excellent knowledge and background in psychopharmacology and in depth understanding of prescribing guidelines to choose the perfect medications for each patient and tailor made to their needs and symptoms.

Worked as teaching faculty at UK and also in PSG IMS, India which has enabled me to understand the emotional needs of the patient and also the necessary cultural and social backgrounds of the community which ensures a smooth therapeutic relationship and hence much better clinical outcomes.

Completed MBA in hospital administration after working as – consultant psychiatrist for 9 years in 1000 bedded multi speciality hospital which has given core administrative skills along with the combination of psychological background in empowering me to become an outstanding administrator as the Medical Director and consultant psychiatrist at Royal care hospital for the last 8 years
